Hotel Tonight, a hotel booking app, is running a promotion where you can get a $25 credit if you make a booking of over $75 or more with your MasterCard.
The way the app works is that it allows you to book hotel rooms up to seven days in advance at a lower price in many cities around the world. Usually, the more last-minute you book, the better price you will get. The bookings don’t earn you points/elite status, but it can save you a huge amount of money especially if you are last-minute traveler. It’s always a good idea to have these credits just in case you’re in a jam and need a last minute hotel and don’t want to use your hard earned points!
I’ve actually been using Hotel Tonight quite a bit lately as I am between apartments, so I love that I can also get credits, and will definitely be using my MasterCard to book. In fact, I’ll probably use my Citi AAdvantage Executive World Elite Mastercard to book and earn some AA miles.
I like the app personally because it has an easy-to-navigate interface, as well as a map feature so you can compare hotel locations, and an info tab with short write ups on each property and Hotel Tonight user ratings, and you can even put your own pictures into an album for your own review.
In addition, if this is your first time using Hotel Tonight, you can get a $25 credit using the promo code BKELLY99 (Note: this code is my personal link- if you use it we both get $25 instantly).
The Terms & Conditions for this offer state that you must be a resident of the United States or Puerto Rico using a valid MasterCard in order to get the credit, which is valid on future bookings one year from the date granted. Keep in mind that credits will be applied to hotel bookings in the corresponding currency, so if the credit states USD, it will only be applied to hotel bookings billed in USD.
There is currently no expiration date for this promotion, but if you need to do any hotel bookings in the next week, I’d go ahead and take advantage of it–they say ” valid until supplies last” so who knows when it will actually expire.
