American Express has just announced that they’ll be opening a new Centurion Lounge at Terminal D of Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in the first half of 2016. Slated to be 8,500 square feet, this will be American Express’ seventh Centurion Lounge in the US, following those in Dallas (DFW — pictured above), Las Vegas (LAS), LaGuardia (LGA), San Francisco (SFO), Miami (MIA), and the new Studio in Seattle (SEA).
The Houston Centurion Lounge will feature:
- Noise-buffering workspaces, private showers and phone areas, a family room, a computer bar, tranquility areas and high-speed Wi-Fi.
- A complimentary full bar and food buffet will be available to Card Members in the Lounge; more details on the culinary team and menu offerings will be available closer to the opening.
As a reminder, access to all domestic Centurion Lounges is complimentary if you have an American Express Centurion Card, Platinum Card® from American Express, or The Business Platinum® Card from American Express.
