Airfare deals are typically only available on limited dates. We recommend that you use Google Flights to find dates to fly, then book through an online travel agency, such as Orbitz, which allows you to cancel flights without penalty by 11pm Eastern Time within one day of booking. Remember: Fares may disappear quickly, so book right away and take advantage of Orbitz’s courtesy cancellation if you’re unable to travel.
Ready to head to Dublin? Well, now’s the time to book. American’s currently offering nonstop round-trip flights from New York (JFK) to Dublin for just $336 round-trip. And, if you book through AARP (see instructions in this post for more info) you can get that fare down to just $299. Note that you’ll need to be an AARP member to get the discounted fare, though anyone can join for just $16 per year.
Availability is somewhat limited on the nonstop flights — you’ll find far more dates available, from September through next March, if you don’t mind connecting in Charlotte or Philadelphia. Note that you won’t be able to apply an AA systemwide upgrade if you book the flight through British Airways.
