Airfare deals are typically only available on limited dates. We recommend that you use Google Flights to find dates to fly, then book through an online travel agency, such as Orbitz, which allows you to cancel flights without penalty by 11pm Eastern Time within one day of booking. Remember: Fares may disappear quickly, so book right away and take advantage of Orbitz’s courtesy cancellation if you’re unable to travel. Additionally, keep in mind that discounted partner fares may not earn miles with US-based carriers.
Haven’t booked your summer vacation yet? Emirates is currently offering some decent fares on nonstop flights all summer between New York (JFK) and Milan (MXP). The route is operated by the airline’s flagship A380, and there are plenty of flights available at the discounted rate of $607 round-trip. Emirates is also offering discounted fares on flights to Dubai (DXB) from $949 (although keep in mind that Dubai is quite hot in the middle of the summer), as well as business-class fares to several destinations around the world from $3,399. Note that the flights to Dubai and other destinations are available from other US cities served by Emirates, in addition to New York. You must book by March 3 to take advantage of this deal.
