You Can Now Earn Delta SkyMiles on Airbnb Stays

Following the lead of Virgin America and Qantas, Delta has forged a partnership with homeshare giant Airbnb. All you have to do is go to this site and register your Delta SkyMiles number. Then, when you book an Airbnb stay through the portal, you’ll receive one SkyMile for every dollar spent on your stay.
If you don’t have an Airbnb account, you can earn a $25 discount on your first qualifying stay as well as up to 1,000 bonus SkyMiles for your first stay totaling $150 or more. There are even more bonus SkyMiles to be had, however. If you’re a SkyMiles member and qualify to be a new Airbnb host, you could earn up to 25,000 bonus SkyMiles according to the earning structure below:
- 2,500 bonus miles after your first $250 in Host Earnings
- 7,500 bonus miles after a total of $1,000 in Host Earnings
- 15,000 bonus miles after a total of $2,500 in Host Earnings
Remember, if you’d like even more SkyMiles, you have a week left to apply for the Gold Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card from American Express, which is offering an elevated sign-up bonus of 50,000 bonus miles after spending $2,000 within the first three months of account opening within the first three months of account opening, or the Platinum Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card from American Express which is offering sign-up bonus of 70,000 bonus miles and 10,000 MQMs after spending $5,000 within the first three months of account opening.
