If you’re looking for a last minute escape from winter, then look no further. You can fly return to Bali from £372 with China Southern Airlines. The cheapest fare is with an extra stop via Amsterdam (AMS) but it only saves £14 in total so it might be worth just making the one connection via Guangzhou in China instead. Many of you may not have even heard of China Southern let alone taken a flight with the airline so here’s an insight into what a long haul economy flight might be like. If you’re lucky enough to escape for a longer period of time, there are options to leave the UK early December and return after Christmas meaning you could spend Christmas on the beach if that’s your thing!

The fares are only available in November and December this year and probably won’t be around for long. To book, head to Google Flights and select China Southern as the airline of choice. Next, set the departure airport as London (LHR) and the arrival destination as Denpasar (DPS). Then, all you need to do is scroll through the calendar until you find a suitable set of dates with the right price for you. Finally, head to the China Southern website to complete your booking.
