Airfare deals are typically only available on limited dates. We recommend you use Google Flights to find dates to fly, then book through an online travel agency such as Orbitz or Expedia, which allows you to cancel flights without penalty by 11pm Eastern Time within one day of booking. Remember: Fares may disappear quickly, so book right away and take advantage of Orbitz or Expedia’s courtesy cancellation if you’re unable to get the time away from work or family.

Been thinking about a trip to South East Asia? You could be in luck. Shenzhen Airlines is offering return flights from London to the capital of Thailand for just more than £300. The cheapest fares feature a one-stop itinerary in Shenzhen (SZX) before continuing on to Bangkok (BKK).

To book, head to Google Flights and enter London as your departure city and Bangkok (BKK) as your destination. Then, scroll through the calendar in order to find dates that work best for you. Once you’ve chosen your dates, click through to book through the airline’s webpage as it is almost always best to book direct with the airline rather than a third party.
