Southend seems to be the airport that keeps on giving — at least for good deals. Summer is definitely not over yet, so why not make the most of these fares to Barcelona Reus (REU) from as low as £26 return. The airport is just over 100 kilometres south of the beautiful Catalonian city of Barcelona. The area has some stunning coastal resorts such as Tarragona and Sitges, which are much closer to the airport than Barcelona. If you do fancy a day trip or even to stay in Barcelona, the Rodalies train network is reliable and fairly inexpensive. Whether it would be your first time in Barcelona or not, here are some things you should know before you go.

Head to the Ryanair website to snag one of these fares while they last. They’re only available on certain dates, and this is a seasonal route ending in early November.

Remember, Ryanair’s lowest fares don’t include a checked bag. But, if you’re clever with your packing, that shouldn’t be too much of a problem.

Airline: Ryanair
Routes: SEN to REU
Cost: £26+ return
Travel Dates: September – November 2019
