As the travel industry reopens following COVID-19 shutdowns, TPG suggests that you talk to your doctor, follow health officials’ guidance and research local travel restrictions before booking that next trip. We will be here to help you prepare, whether it is next month or next year.

If you’ve never seen the Northern Lights before, this could be the year to make it happen. And with cheap fares to Iceland for the winter months, there’s even more reason to consider it.

Wizz Air and EasyJet are offering return flights from London to Reykjavik, Iceland (KEF) from £33 during the prime Northern Lights viewing period. For the absolute cheapest fares, you’ll have to book two one-way tickets — the outbound with Wizz Air and the return with EasyJet. Alternatively, for a little more, you can book a return ticket with a single carrier.

Keep in mind that with the uncertainty about coronavirus, you may wish to book with the most flexibility on cancellations and changes. Also keep in mind the policy of the airline to see if it’s waiving change and cancellation fees for future bookings.

Airline: EasyJet and Wizz Air
Routes: LTN to KEF
