The good news from British Airways this week continues to land.

Following their earlier announcement that BA Holidays would offer double Tier Points on flights, as well as the doubling of the minimum number of seats bookable with Avios on BA flights, you can now enjoy elite status benefits, even if you have no status at all.

For anyone with a new or existing BA Holidays booking for travel between 9 June and 30 September 2021 in economy or premium economy, for at least two people a minimum of five nights of £1,500 per person or more, all passengers can enjoy the following free benefits on departure at London Heathrow Airport (LHR), even if they have no status at all:

These are valuable benefits of elite status in the Executive Club programme and can make the travelling experience much quicker, easier and stress-free.

For anyone who has booked a BA Holiday in business class, they would already enjoy these benefits as a result of their ticket class, regardless of status.

BA hasn’t forgotten about these passengers. Anyone travelling in Club World or Club Europe, spending at least £2,500 per person can use both the exclusive First wing for check-in at Heathrow (LHR) Terminal 5, as well as the Galleries First Lounge, usually reserved for Executive Club gold members.

“It’s the first time we’ve offered something like this exclusively for British Airways Holidays customers – we believe it’s a brilliant way to celebrate the joy of travel, while continuing to offer flexibility and security for peace of mind.” explained Claire Bentley, Managing Director of British Airways Holidays.

BA Holidays can be great value and you can often find flights and hotels bundled together for a similar price to buying the flights separately, meaning your accommodation can be either free or very cheap. Even outside of these promotions, it’s always a good idea to check the BA Holidays price with the added accommodation against just the flights sold separately – you may be pleasantly surprised by the packaged price.

All BA Holidays are also ATOL protected which gives additional peace of mind during a year of so much uncertainty. You can cancel any BA Holiday up to 21 days in advance for a voucher for the full amount, or change your booking for no charge, though a fare difference may apply for your new dates.

Book your British Airways Holiday online before 12 September to take advantage of this promotion.
