Amazon’s annual Prime Day is just around the corner. This year, Amazon UK is leading up to the mega sale event with discounted Prime memberships so you can take advantage.

Until 16 July at 11:59pm local time, you can get a Prime membership for £59. That’s £20 off the typical annual membership price of £79.

The discounted price is only available for new customers and for those who are switching from a monthly plan to an annual plan. Additionally, after the first year of the discounted £59 price, you’ll pay the full £79 fee for subsequent years.

You can sign up for the £59 Prime membership here.

Amazon’s annual Prime Day takes place next week — 15 July and 16 July. For those not familiar, you can expect heavily discounted items from the online megastore — creating a phenomenon similar to Black Friday. With a Prime membership, not only can you take advantage of Prime Day, but the membership will also get you access to Prime Video and Prime Music for streaming, Prime Reading and unlimited one-day delivery.
