Norwegian to launch 2 new summer routes from London to Greece

As the summer seasons draws ever closer, Norwegian has announced plans to start two new routes from its London Gatwick hub. Greece is the focus of the latest network additions with flights to Preveza (PVK) on the mainland’s West Coast as well as Rhodes (RHO), one of Greece’s most easterly islands.

According to Routesonline, the schedule will be as follows:
As of 21 May, the airline’s 737 aircraft will operate the route once per week on Thursdays until 1 October:
- D82420 London (LGW) 6:20 a.m. Departure ⇒ Preveza (PVK) 11:35 a.m. Arrival
- D82421 Preveza (PVK) 2:55 p.m. Departure ⇒ London (LGW) 4:05 p.m. Arrival
For a short time only between 18 July and 30 August, there will be a once-weekly flight to Rhodes on Saturdays, returning Sunday in the early hours. It will also be operated by Boeing 737 aircraft:
- D82504 London (LGW) 11:05 p.m. Departure ⇒ Rhodes (RHO) 4:05 a.m. Arrival (+1)
- D82505 Rhodes (RHO) 4:55 a.m. Departure ⇒ London (LGW) 7:10 a.m. Arrival
