Here’s the link to apply for the Capital One Spark Miles for Business card with a bonus of up to 200k miles.
Since late 2018, the Capital One Spark Miles for Business has been offering one of the most lucrative sign-up bonuses of all time. It’s divided into two tiers: You’ll earn 50,000 miles after spending $5,000 in the first three months, and another 150,000 miles after spending $50,000 in the first six months. This offer is ending on Jan. 28, so today’s your last day to sign up and take advantage.
This is a business card, so while that spending requirement may be out of reach for most individuals, it could be quite easy to meet for business owners. For those who are able to spend $50,000 in the first six months, the payoff is pretty huge: 300,000 Capital One miles, since on top the 200,00-mile sign-up bonus, you’ll earn 2x miles on all spending, so another 100,000 miles.
This elevated sign-up bonus for the Spark Miles launched around the time that Capital One introduced transfer partners for its miles-earning cards. So now in addition to being able to use miles to erase travel purchases from your statement at a rate of 1 cent per mile, you can transfer miles to 14 airline partners, including Air Canada Aeroplan, Emirates Skywards, Etihad Guest and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer.
TPG now values Capital One miles at 1.4 cents, so the Spark Miles card’s 200,000-mile bonus is worth $2,800 — and the 300,000 total miles you’ll earn by meeting the minimum spending requirement are worth $4,200. With 300,000 Capital One miles, you have plenty of redemption options, from a round-trip first-class Cathay Pacific flight to three one-way first-class American Airlines flights to Japan through Etihad Guest to 30 short-haul domestic flights booked through Avianca LifeMiles.
The Capital One Spark Miles for Business has a $95 annual fee and no foreign transaction fees. It earns 2x miles on all purchases, and you can get free cards for your employees. But the real main draw is the huge sign-up bonus you can currently earn with the card, so if you’re able to meet the spending requirements, make sure you sign up by Jan. 28, which is tomorrow!
