Uber is targeting users who travel with the service in London to get a 15% discount on rides. The ride-share giant is allowing eligible riders to enter a promo code to get 15% off up to 15 rides during the next two weeks.

Since Uber is targeting riders for this promotion, not everyone is eligible. If you are eligible, however, you can go to the payments tab of the Uber app and enter the promo code LON15MAR to register.

With it, eligible Uber riders will get 15% off rides, up to £10 per trip. The promo is valid for up to 15 trips and only during the next two weeks — until 22 March.

If you were able to successfully add the promo code to your Uber account, it applies to all Uber X, Uber XL, Assist, Access and Exec trips in London, no matter the time of day. According to the terms and conditions, there is a maximum of £10 of savings for up to 15 rides or two weeks — whichever comes first. It does not apply to tips, tolls, surcharges and fees, and business Uber profiles are not eligible.

If you were targeted for the promotion and frequently use Uber within London, this is a good promotion for saving some extra cash on your next few rides. I was targeted for the offer by receiving an email, so be sure to check your spam folder before counting yourself ineligible. Either way, it could be worth a try to enter the promo code in the app to see if you can save on your next Uber ride.
